Speed tests work without accepting analytics.

History on your device

Test history, your advertised plan speed and preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage. You can clear test history on the site. Your analytics choice is also stored locally.

Optional Google Analytics

We load Google Analytics only after your consent. It records visits, page language and actions: starting, completing or interrupting a test, opening installation instructions and installation when the browser reports it. We do not add speed results, provider, IP address, plan speed or test history to analytics events.

Google receives technical request data and may process cookie identifiers, browser, device and approximate location. This is not a promise of complete anonymity. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization. We also load Meta Pixel only after the same consent. It records page views and whether a speed test starts or completes. We do not send measured speeds, provider, IP address, plan speed or test history as event data. Meta may receive technical request data and cookie identifiers. Declining prevents both tags from loading. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page; declining disables the tag and deletes its accessible cookies on this domain. It does not erase data already received by Google.

Measurement services

Tests contact Cloudflare. Network identification uses Cloudflare metadata or, when unavailable, ipapi.co; a fallback can look up your public IP through IPify and send it to IPWho.is to identify the network. These services receive the data necessary to respond. Analytics is not required for these functions.
